Newsletter Subscription Offer

  • By subscribing to the newsletter, you receive a one-time 10% discount voucher.
  • The voucher is valid only for your first order.
  • Minimum order value: €30 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • The voucher applies to eligible products available at the time of purchase.
  • The voucher can be combined with ongoing product promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The voucher does not apply to shipping costs or additional service fees.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Individual or Corporate Discount Codes

  • Discount codes may be issued to individuals or employees of partner companies.
  • Codes apply only to eligible products, as defined at the time of use.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, unless explicitly stated.
  • If a product is already discounted:
    • The system will automatically apply the highest available discount (either the existing promotion or the code).
    • No cumulative discounts apply beyond the maximum single discount available per product.
  • Codes are valid only within the communicated period and may be subject to additional conditions.

Free Gift Promotions

  • Free gifts are offered based on: a minimum order value, or a specific quantity of products purchased.
  • Eligibility conditions are clearly displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Free gifts are automatically added to the cart, subject to availability.
  • Free gifts are displayed with a value of €0 (or equivalent) and do not carry independent commercial value.
  • If you return products and the order no longer meets the promotion conditions: the free gift must also be returned, or Its value may be deducted from the refund amount.

General Conditions

All promotions are subject to availability and may be limited in time or stock.
The company reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time,
  • Correct pricing or system errors, including after an order has been placed.

Promotions apply only to end consumers and may be restricted in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or resale.
In case of technical errors affecting pricing or discounts, the company reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.
These rules are interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
