1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
• For orders paid via bank transfer, processing begins only after the payment is received and registered in our system.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and handed over to the courier within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Delivery Times
• Romania: Orders are typically delivered within 2 working days from the time the package is handed over to the courier.
• European Union: Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
• Other countries: Orders are delivered within 9-21 working days, depending on the destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.
4. Out-of-Stock Items
• If your order includes an out-of-stock product, the entire order will be placed on hold for a maximum of 20 working days.
• Client will receive a voucher worth 10% of the total order value with the order placed and put on hold due to out-of-stock.
• The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any future purchase.
5. General Terms
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other external factors.
• Please ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid shipment issues or delays.
• Once the order is shipped, we will provide tracking details where applicable.
