Refund policy

(Compliant with Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014)

Please read this return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

You must return the products no later than 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Return Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and shows no signs of use, wear, or consumption.
  • The product is returned in the original packaging in which it was delivered.
  • All labels, seals, accessories, and protective elements are intact.
  • The product is complete and in resale condition.
  • The product was not custom-made or produced upon special request.
  • The product is within its expiration date.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed cosmetic or nutritional products that have been opened after delivery.
  • Products that, by their nature, deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.

Return Shipping Costs
The direct cost of returning the products is borne entirely by you, including when exercising the legal right of withdrawal within the 14-day period.

Delivery costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only the value of the returned products is eligible for refund.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return or withdrawal request, you must contact us using the contact form and provide:

  • Order number
  • Statement of withdrawal or reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product, if applicable
  • After approval, you will receive return instructions. You must ship the product back within 5 working days from receiving the return authorization.

Uncollected Orders Paid by Card
If you paid for an order by card and you do not collect the package, and the shipment is returned to us by the courier:

  • The cost of outbound shipping and return transport will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned products are received and inspected.

If the return complies with this policy:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal decision.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof of return.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable Amounts
The following amounts are not refundable:

  • Delivery costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Additional handling or courier fees generated by refusal or failure to collect the order

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to purchase another product, you must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
