Withdrawal and Return Form

Use the form below if you want to cancel an order (the 14-day right of withdrawal) or if you received a damaged, wrong or non-conforming product. You can also write to us at hello@amerin.eu or use the model form in our Refund Policy.

14-day withdrawal

• You have 14 calendar days from receiving the products to tell us that you are cancelling your purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and withdrawal does not depend on our approval.
• To identify the contract, we need your name, your order number and the products you are returning.
• Send the products back within 14 days of your message, to the address we give you. You pay the direct cost of the return.
• We refund the value of the products and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your message. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that you have shipped them.
• Cosmetics, supplements and care products delivered sealed cannot be returned once the seal (film, sealing label, membrane or safety cap) has been broken. Opened or used products can no longer be resold, and the loss in their value is deducted from the refund. Return products in their original packaging, with the seal intact. Sealed products, including those bought at a discount, can be returned.

Damaged, wrong or non-conforming product

• Write to us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us resolve it faster, but they are not a general condition. For damage visible on receipt, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours.
• We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If the problem appears within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to have the product replaced.
• Replacement is free of charge, within 15 calendar days of the date you informed us, and we pay for shipping.
